Final Sale Notice

All sales on Arts09 are final. Once a painting is sold and delivered, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to review all details of the artwork prior to purchase.

    Damaged Artwork Replacement

    Your satisfaction is important to us. If your painting is delivered damaged, please follow the steps below:

    Report Immediately: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage.

    Assessment: We will assess the reported damage.

    Replacement: If the damage is confirmed, we will replace the painting with another piece of equal value. No monetary refund will be issued.

    Reporting a Problem

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Photographs clearly showing the damage

    Our customer support team will respond promptly and guide you through the replacement process.

    Shipping & Returns for Damaged Items

    Return Shipping: In the event of a damaged delivery, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged artwork if necessary.

    No Refunds: Since all sales are final, we do not process refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements for damaged items are available.
